Adding a Drawing tool : Extended rectangles

I've seen some questions about this before, but I'm just reviving this feature request. I already know of the highlight region tool which is a great start. It would just be nice to have the region have a starting point rather than just highlight the whole chart. (Basically, a rectangle tool with no right side limit.)

There is already a rectangle tool in the drawing tools that you can drop on a chart (or plot in a code) using your mouse and control its horizontal or vertical start-stop or size that you need. How is your request different?

The current rectangle tool requires a specified end point - even if that point is sometime in the future. The request is for a tool that is like a rectangle to the left side, but the right side continues indefinitely into the future period.

I would love a Extended Rectangle that goes on to infinity on my Ninja7 charts. is this available yet? Sierra has it.
