    Ninjatrader App Share Blocking Downloads?

    Hi, It seems the Ninjatrader App Share site is not allowing add on downloads? Or maybe this is a web browser issues.

        I am having no difficulty downloading from the link you provided. We'll need more information to find out why you're unable to download from our Ecosystem site. Please answer all of the following questions:
        • What version of Windows are you using?
        • What web browser are you using?
        • Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
        • What about if you use a different web browser?
        • What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?

          I have tried to download it on 3 different computers, and 2 cell phones using various different browsers. I've cleaned cache, rebooted, used 2 different internet providers including mobile data. I even coursed at it a little. I official give up. LOL!

              Windows 10 Pro, Usually Google Chrome (but tried firefox and edge also), Cleared cache, rebooted pc and router.

                Thank you for that update.

                By chance do you have any 3rd party Anti-Virus/Firewall software installed on your computer? If so what is the name of the software?
