How to find out Automation ID of elements?
How to target UI elements from addons, if we dont know what UI id does a particular element have? With NT provided addon examples, I see the most common ones, but in other cases, we dont know what is id . Which program to use to find Automation ID? I tried VS with no luck.Tags: None

Hello ttodua,
Thank you for the post.
To target UI elements you would need to find the automation ID for the element you wanted to target. There is not a list of ID's but you can use external tools like Microsofts Inspect tool or accessibility insights. Both tools will reveal automation id properties when mousing over elements.
Please let me know if I may be of additional assistance.JesseNinjaTrader Customer Service
