There is no centralized list of every third party addon every made by every software vendor in the ecosystem. There is a list of all members of the ecosystem here where you can browse their products:

Not quite the ask, lets rephrase.

In NinjaTrader 8, via ninjascript. Is there a method of getting the installed third party add-ons.

There is no list of third party addons that are seperate from the default system indicators. It's possible to get a list using reflection. I linked some publicly available examples below.
