Hello salaksi1,
The easiest way to do that would be with the right click -> Alerts in the analyzer. After adding two columns with the variations of the indicator you wanted to check you can open the alerts menu to form a cross over condition using those two columns. https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...nt8/alerts.htm
Alternatively you would need to create an indicator with a Plot and then assign the plot a value. For example 0 if no crossover is found and 1 if a crossover is found. The MA can then use the indicator column to display that result.JesseNinjaTrader Customer Service

Hello salaksi1,
I am not aware of a video of creating an indicator, you can use the NinjaScript editor to view the code of existing indicator or generate new indicators with plots.
If you generate a new indicator using the editor and add a plot during the wizard screens that will set up the script for you. After that you would just need to add the code you want to OnBarUpdate to plot a value. https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...ghtsub=addplot
For use with the market analyzer you generally need to plot a specific value, for example 0 for not found or 1 for found.
You can use the CrossAbove or CrossBelow methods to detect the crossing: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...sub=crossabove
