is there any difference (performance wise and/or more reliable) between BarsArray[0].GetLow() and Low[0]?

BarsArray[0].GetLow() or Low[0]?

Hello Heart,
Thanks for your post.
GetLow() uses indexes and Low[0] uses a bars ago value as seen in the help guide pages.
Another difference between the two is that GetLow() would be useful for getting the Low price within the OnRender() method for custom rendering whereas Low[0] would be used in the OnBarUpdate() method.

Thanks for your note.
The performance impact would be negligible between the two, however, these are intended for different use cases. Low[0] uses a bars ago and GetLow() uses an index.
For example, for code in OnBarUpdate, using Low[0] would be more appropriate. For code in OnRender(), using GetLow() would be more appropriate.
