Chart vs T&S time difference?

Hi. Can anyone tell me why in chart the last bar has a different time than in T&S?
Sometimes it can rich 3mins difference when some news on the market.
I did F5 to renew a chart, or restart an app, but it can not solve a problem.

The times in the time and sales window are the timestamps of those data events so that may not match a chart. Charts display the times of the bar close specifically. A simple example would be if you zoomed in on a 1 minute chart, you should see that the chart is 1 minute ahead of the T&S window because the building bar close time is being reported. Other bars types that don't have specific allotments of time would display differently but will not directly match the incoming times in the T&S window.

this is 1sec chart.
but... my problem was cos I have a lot of workspaces and as I see, ninjatrader is working with all of them even if they are not open. I deleted all, and have no such delays
