Drawing straight line from DataSeries from NT7

In NT7 the Linear Reg Channel indicator adds a plot to the screen and then calculates the slope, intercept and standard deviations.

From there the code has 3 separate plots and you .set the plots to the values in the data series.

In NT8, you can do something similar, but I have yet to see how you can draw a straight line to reproduce the straight line concept. Any help would be appreciated.

NinjaTrader 7 by default is supplied with the LinReg, LinRegIntercept, and LinRegSlope indicators. Are you referring to one of these indicators?

Are you referring to a 3rd party indicator that was imported into your system?
If so, do you have a link to where you downloaded the indicator?

The indicator you have linked is the 'Extended Regression Channel' indicator. Was this the correct indicator? (Is there another indicator with the name Linear Reg Channel)

I was not able to find an NinjaTrader 8 version of this script within the User App Share section of the NinjaTrader Ecosystem.

The Regression Channel indicator supplied with NinjaTrader does render straight lines.. The plots are made transparent.

Its not the extended part I care about. The question is that the indicator is capable of seemingly to draw straight (albeit extended lines) even though there isn't realy any code present to draw the lines.

I have tried to replicate the behavior on NT8 using plots and dataseries, but it only draws the plots and seemingly unwilling to draw the straight lines.

Are you requesting this indicator made for NinjaTrader 7 be ported to NinjaTrader 8?
