Calling an indicator from another - Print and Draw.Diamond don't work
I am calling a couple of indicators from another indicator. The ones being called use Print() and another one uses Draw.Diamond() but nothing shows on the price pane. Maybe the indicator being called is writing the info somewhere else? Please help. NT8. Tnx.Tags: None

Hello stevenev1,
Thank you for your reply.
For the indicator that uses Print();, you can call the Update(); method on that indicator. For the indicator that uses drawing objects, the drawing logic would need to be moved to the host indicator. No plots or visuals are created from child indicators that are added to a host indicator. I have attached an example of using the Update method.
Please let me know if I can assist further.Attached FilesChris L.NinjaTrader Customer Service
