    Chart LostFocus?

    Hi,

    How could I know if a chart lost the focus?

    and how could I know if a chart was clicked inside?

    Thank you!

    Hello ninjo,

    There are no documented NinjaScript methods for this and this would require custom C# coding.

    You might add a handler to the PreviewMouseDown event to detect the chart has been clicked on.

    Below is a link to an indicator example that uses this.

      Hello ChelseaB

      Thank you.
      The "MouseLeftButtonDown" works!

      I was trying with "LostFocus" but the compilation return an error related with no coincidences with "System.Windows.RoutedEventHandler"

      What I am doing bad?

      Code:
              protected void ChartFocus(object sender, MouseButtonEventArgs e) {
                  Print("Chart Lost Focus");
              }

      Code:
          else if (State == State.Historical)
          {
              if (ChartControl != null) ChartPanel.LostFocus += ChartFocus;
          }

        Hello ninjo,

        Thank you for the post.

        I believe the syntax you would need to use here would be like the following which uses RoutedEventArgs. This is what the LostFocus event would be asking for as its event handler method.

        Code:
        private void ChartFocus(object sender, RoutedEventArgs e)
        {

        }
        I look forward to being of further assistance.
