    Indicator Not Showing

I created, compiled and saved an indicator. I see it in the Script Editor Indicators. When I go to a chart and bring up Indicators, it's not there. What am I missing?

    TIA

    Hello dmking,

    Thanks for your post.

Please check that the file name of the file, the class name of the indicator and the name of the indicator are all the same, likely the indicator name is the same as another indicator.

The file name is what the Ninjascript editor uses to show you the file.

The "Name = " field in the script is what will show in the Indicators drop down on a chart

The Class name (IE: public class xxxxx) is used when calling from another script.

It is best practice (and less confusing) if all three names are the same.

I've attached an example for clarification.
