Yes 12/2 are the parameters for the renko bars, just want it to mark the level at which the current bar will close or that indicates how much further a bar would have to move before the range is exhausted and a new bar begins go to paint like the picture showing the top and bottom line

I'm not aware of an existing indicator The brick size for a Renko bar is in increments of ticksize, the offset is calculated as: offset = bars.BarsPeriod.Value * bars.Instrument.MasterInstrument.TickSize. For each bar, calculate the open price, and then a line would need to be drawn at the offset value.
