    1 based Y-Axis for custom indicator

    I am creating a custom indicator where the "Default" value is 1 (not zero). Is it possible for me to set my indicator to draw the Y axis as 1 as the baseline value? meaning, i want to create an oscillator where if the value is < 1 then it should be inverted.

    Hello madankumars,

    I wanted to make sure I understand the question, are you asking to make 1 as kind of a center line that is scaled to the center of the scale always?

    If you wanted to center a price or do other scaling surrounding a specific value you could use the OnCalculateMinMax override to change the values the scale is using.

    This would put the value of 1 in the center:

    Code:
    public override void OnCalculateMinMax()
    {
          MinValue = 0.5;
          MaxValue = 1.5;
    }
    I look forward to being of further assistance.
