You could likely use the DisplayName override for that use case:
Code:public override string DisplayName { get { if (State != State.Realtime) return Name; else return ""; } }

that´s great, it works! Thank you.
I wonder if it would be even possible to improve it? I would like to display name of the indicator in Drawing Objects > General > Attach to. The field is empty now when I click on some drawing object generated by an indicator...

Thanks for the post.
I took a look at this and see that while the name is not present in the drawing tools AttachTo it is present in the Orders AttachTo menu. I will make a report for the difference there an see what development has to say about that. If I can provide a further update here I will reply back.
