You can also use NinjaTrader's built in Alerts system to create Alerts on your chart.

In my eyes, the screenshot is showing a large up bar moreso than a gap between bars, but you would make the alert in the same fashion by referencing the Price Series values from the current bar and the previous bar. (Open, High Low and Close values.) You can use a Bars Ago reference of 1 to reference a previous bar.

Hello, unfortunately I have to admit that I still have no idea how to set an alert when a gap is created. Can someone please write me a simple guide?

Looking at your screenshot, The bar where the arrow is pointing identifies a region where the low from 2 bars ago is greater than the high of the current bar (0 bars ago.)

You could also check if the high from 2 bars ago is less than the low of the current bar (0 bars ago.)

I have attached screenshots showing how this can be set up.

Noting that this compares 2 bars ago to the current bar, you could add additional alerts to compare 1 bar ago to the current bar, 3 bars ago to the current bar, etc.
