Rearming Alerts On Indicator condition met

Hello, I have 2 alerts that are set to "Never" rearm but I am in need of a way to Rearm all my alerts when my MACD indicator crosses ether above or below the "0" Line as pictured. How would this be possible? Thanks

    Hello morrisonrob,

    Thank you for your post.

It would not be possible to rearm an alert using a condition like the MACD crossing the 0 line via the Alerts Window. You could certainly program an indicator that would alert once based on your conditions and then not allow the alert to be triggered again until the MACD crosses the 0 line using a bool, however, this would require custom coding.

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance to you.

I have an alert creating it in Strategy Builder, the condition is an indicator condition. I works as expected but I have rearm set to 0 and it continues about every 5 minutes to send the alert over and over.

IN strategy builder I do not have option to state rearm on conditions reverse . How might I accomplish that

      Thanks

        Hello DTSSTS,

        Thank you for your reply.

Could you provide a screenshot showing the alert and the conditions to trigger the alert?

Thanks in advance; I look forward to assisting you further.

I was using a condition of something being true that was not the bar prior. then once it triggered it continue to send the alert about every 5 minutes, which was likely i assume caused by the indicator rechecking the conditions, I overcame the issue by adding another condition that the bar prior the condition was to be false. So only ONE alert on the FIRST bar it becomes true.

          Thanks
