Getting the open when using Bars instead of Day

I am trying to see if there is a way to get the session open on a chart when using Bars instead of Days. Say for NQ if you have 500 bars, you may encounter an issue where-in you have moved further forward than that of the open. Is there a method in ninjascript to call to get the session open value, etc.

You could consider using Bars.GetBar or Bars.GetDayBar.

Bars.GetBar returns the first bar that matches the time stamp of the "time" parameter provided.

Bars.GetDayBar returns a virtual historical Bar object that represents a trading day whose properties for open, high, low, close, time and volume can be accessed.
