    COT Indicator CRITICAL BUG

I found a critical bug in the COT indicator. There is a missing COT report.

    Example:
If you load the commercials netto for NG, the indicator shows 109k at the 28th december 2021.
However, if you calculate it directly from the CFTC report, it is actually 115k.
I am 100% sure, that the report from 28th is actually skipped, because 109k is the old report from the 21th of december!
The cftc name was "NATURAL GAS - NEW YORK MERCANTILE EXCHANGE" which is exactly like whats set in the instrument setting.
It seems like it happens for all markets.

Would you please fix this issue immediately?

    Hello Bobin,

Thank you very much for your post.

So far, I have not yet been able to recreate this issue. Could you please ensure your platform downloads the COT data upon start?

You may find this option under Tools > Options > Market data > Download COT data at startup.

When charting the COT on an NG chart, I do receive the 115k you've calculated:

If you have already enabled this option and still don't receive the same information, please send me your platform's log & trace files, I can then best assist further.

To do this, please click on Help > Email Support, and leave the following note in your ticket:

I look forward to your reply!

      Hello Manfred,
we had this issue on over 5 different devices.
After clearing the local COT database it works like expected.
