Problems with my data feed and data access

Just started using NT8, subscribed IQfeed last weekend.

Here's what I got trouble with this morning.

Not able to access pre-market data; some of the stocks are not searchable.

Please help me out, I contacted with IQfeed, they told me I have to change the session time with NJ8, then I checked that, time zone is correct, still didn't correct the problems.

Thanks for writing in to our Support team.

Are you using the US Equities ETH trading hours template instead of the RTH template?
If you are using the instrument settings, the RTH template will be applied.

I just adjust the Trading Hour, it works for chart.
But in the market analyzer, I still can't add some stocks in it such as CBAY.
And although, I successfully added the stocks such as AMD/APPL into my watchlist, it can't show anything and pops up a error message : "historical Market Data Service error" No data of type DAYChart is available for the exchange "CBOE" and the seurity type "Stock" and "6 d" and 1 min"

I see that the instruments that aren't loading in your maket analyzer are all on the NASDAQ exchange. Can you confirm - are you enabled for real time data for stocks traded on the NASDAQ exchange?
