NT8 RC1 error still persisits

I described the not working NT8 strategy analyzer properties preset function back in October last year.

It looks like these problems have not been solved yet.

Hello enable,

I am finding the results page columns do not appear to be saved with the preset, however, all other pages are being saved.

I'm inquiring with our development to see if this was intentional. If it was not, I will re-open the ticket.

I can confirm the behavior as shown in your video.

I made some more tests and noticed the following:

Test A
- NT8 / 64 bit / 8.0.8.0
- strategy analyzer properties: Col Log: all checked / Col Results: all checked
- save as preset
- close and restart strategy analyzer window

Test A results
- Col. Log: field 'Duration' unchecked, all other checked
- Col Results: all fields reset to default values


Test B
- NT8 / 64 bit / 8.0.8.0
- strategy analyzer properties: Col Log: all checked / Col Results: all checked
- save as preset
- close and restart NT8

Test B results
- Col. Log: field 'Duration' somtimes checked, sometimes unchecked, all other checked
- Col Results: all fields reset to default values

If the 'Duration' field is still checked after an NT8 restart or a close/reopen of the strategy analyzer window, another restart or close/reopen of the window will do the job

I have received a tracking ID for this report.

This behavior where the Results page in the grid properties of the Strategy Analyzer are not being saved with the preset or workspace is being tracked with ID #NTEIGHT-11989.

As new iterations of NinjaTrader 8 are released, please check the release notes to see if this has been corrected.
