Lost a period of data
I have run my Data connection for 2 months now on the EUR USD. But at one time I lost a connection a couple of days. This causes a gap in my data. Is it possible to restore this data to my history?

Thank you for your reply,
I see, this generally indicates NinjaTrader isn't connected to the historical data servers of the connectivity provider in use.
The first thing I would recommend doing is shutting down NinjaTrader and restarting your modem/router.
If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to its exceptions list.
Once this is complete, relaunch and see if you can then reload data via right-clicking.Eric B.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Thank you for your reply,
It may be possible to replace the data, yes. So I may verify on my end, who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?
(For a chart) what interval is selected?
Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?Eric B.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Thank you for your reply.
I see, not being able to reload on a renko chart is expected due to Interactive Brokers not offering historical tick data in NinjaTrader, which is the data used for the renko bars. Unfortunately there will not be a method to replace the missing data because of this.
The below link will show all the NinjaTrader-supported data feeds and the market they support.
