Can not upload historical data

Can not upload historical data
I am trying to import historical data in NT8 on my VPS. When I click on Import I do nog see a import screen. Why I do the same on my dekstop then its working. Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/gcshpw I have restarted my VPS and NT8 but this did not work. I am connected to my interactive brokers live data. I their something I could try next?Tags: None

Hello MichaelAlexander,
Can you please send me your log and trace files from the VPS, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations.
Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->log
Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->trace
Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...d.php?t=103435' in the subject header.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service
