    Full Uninstall Does Not Work

    I've completed the full uninstall steps 3 times now. When I install the latest NinjaTrader, I still see all of my indicators, my last worksapce opens up and I still see the problem popup that led me to uninstall.

    For each uninstall, I have manually removed all NinjaTrader files and directories. The only thing I did not do is reboot.

    Other than doing this a fourth time and rebooting, is there anything else I can try?

    Thanks for your post.

    When reinstalling the platform, was the Documents -> NinjaTrader 8 folder removed or changed? This would be the user files directory for NinjaTrader, which would contain saved custom add-on's, workspaces, templates, etc.

    Was this custom add-on something that was installed with a separate .exe installer on your PC as opposed to the typical method of importing a .zip file into the platform?

      I removed the files from the Documents folder and that resulted in a clean install. Thanks!
