buy stop was not executed?

chart trader, nq futures, sim acct.

the buy stop shown in the attachment was not executed?
not the first time this has happened.
please advise.

Thank you for writing to the support team.

Can you please send me all log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn ChrisL, <link to this forum post>' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

I will update this post with my findings.

I am sorry but I never received the files. Please try to send them manually.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders. Then attach to the email.

I will be looking out for your email.
