Add my vote as well. This feature request (SFT-2534) seems to be the same as SFT-469 discussed here.

In either case, with linked instrument tabs between charts, NT will also need to add the ability to associate the Chart Trader ATM Strategy per instrument, in addition to per chart as it is now. As-is, the same Chart Trader ATM Strategy applies to all tabbed instruments within a chart, but with a different instrument on each tab, and linked instrument tabs between charts, the Chart Trader ATM Strategy will need to change with each tab selection change.

Until such time those changes happen, use Edge's Auto Tab Linking add-on to link tabs between charts and/or DOM. It works great, but does not address any Chart Trader ATM Strategy per-instrument issues.

Another vote for the tab linking feature initially discusses, as well as equally important ATM strategy linking, per Lancer's message.

When looking at CL and ES on two different charts with two tabs each, click tab 1 to toggle to tab 1 on both charts, click tab 2 to switch other chart to tab 2. Same is necessary to link ATM strategy per instrument to avoid applying the same risk parameters for CL trades to ES and vice versa.

I am new to NT8 and just on a demo. I am was thought I was missing something as I couldn't figure it out. Totally surprised that this functionality is not available. It is available in many other platforms. I will not be making the switch as a result.... too cumbersome and slow otherwise.

What's happening with this feature? Looks like a ton of users want it but Ninjatrader seems to be dragging its feet. There is a third party add on that adds this feature but it costs money. I am about to go ahead and buy it from the third party vendor but thought I'd find out if it's in the books for an add on or not. Does Ninjatrader have any plans for this in the near future or should I go ahead and buy the third party add-on?

There is no update on if or when the feature requests discussed in this forum topic will be implemented. You'll find a note regarding feature requests in the release notes when a feature is implemented.
