What is current official position on Windows 10 Virtual Desktops?

In 2015, in thread Windows 10: Restoring windows to Multiple Desktops on Startup we can read:

That bug is part of a larger issue related to Windows 10 reported in NTEIGHT-8584 and is still on our development teams plate to have addressed in the future.

And in 2017, in this post on futures.io NT representative said:

NinjaTrader 8 does not support Windows 10 multiple desktop feature. We strongly advise against it since you can experience unexpected side effects.

So what is current position?
Can we expect restoring windows to Multiple Desktops functionality in future?

Are there any tricks to let it work now?

From my understanding the issue where the window frame bleeds through from another virtual desktop has been resolved.
However, the issue with multiple windows appearing in the tab switcher remains.

I will inquire with our development on what is supported with multiple desktops in WIndows 10.

Our development has let me know that virtual desktops in Windows 10 are supported, however, with limitation.

(Such as the issue with multiple windows appearing in the Alt-tab window switcher)

NinjaTrader 8 is not able to save the virtual desktop number with the workspace and then restore that virtual desktop.

As the workspace opens the windows, this will be on the currently viewable virtual desktop.

Would you like to submit a feature request for this?

However, it should be possible to see a window you have sent to another virtual desktop on that desktop after it has been sent over and the bleed through issue should be resolved.
