Confusing displaying informations on NT8

Hello,
I am on 4D timeframe with 24x7 trading hours template selected and +2 Bucharest/Athena timezone.

When I move cursor on the last two bars, informations are confusing. How can be solved? Check the pics below. Thank's

If you select the Forex trading hours template in the Data Series menu of the chart, do you load data as expected?

What time zone do you have selected for the 24x7 trading hours template? Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Trading Hours. Select the 24x7 template and check what time zone is selected. If not set to GMT +2, please do so and click Apply-->OK. Close the Trading Hours window and create a new 4D chart.

Already did what you recommend. It seem with Forex template +2 timezone set, it display correctly the date , but with 24x7 +2 timezone set, there is no change.

Btw, the trading hours on Forex template are ok ?


12 + 12prim = forex template

13+13prim = 24x7 template.

Yes, I recommend to use the Forex trading hours template and not the Default 24x7. However please set Time zone to Eastern Time (US) so it captures the correct trading hours. It also should run from 5:00 PM to 5:00 PM the next day.

If you still experience issues, please set to Time zone to Eastern time at Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->General. Check if the daily chart time stamps bars as expected.
