    Loading Historical data from Backtestdata.com

    Hi, does anyone have any experience of loading historical data purchased from Backtesdata.com? The files, once decompressed are 'ntd.files' and I just get error message saying 'Instrument not supported by the repository'

    Tech help say I cannot import these files - but they are sold specifically for the Ninja T platform.

    Any help much appreciated!

      Hi, thanks for your reply
      The files are all named by the date and time stamp followed by Last.ntd
      e.g.201709291600.Last.ntd. These files are located inside the folders Ninja Trader7 / db / tick / CL##-##

          I've tried to upload/attach the file but can't as its an 'invalid file'
          Guess I'll have to wait and see what Backtestdata.com have to say - theyre very slow to respond to support queries - several days!

          Have you any other experience of their data?

            I don't believe I've had any experiences with their data.

            If you would like me to test this further, you could send me an email with the attached import file, and you may do this by sending an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader.[dot]com. In the body of the email, be sure to write "ATTN Riley - ticket number: 1778236"
