Hello,
Typically there is maintenance on the weekend with most brokerage servers on Friday night and / or Saturday.
Please wait until Sunday after 2PM Eastern and most brokerages will have the maintenance completed.
If you are unable to connect after this time, please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com, so that we may schedule a call during our support hours of 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Thank you for your note.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
