NT8 Error - Unable To Launch

I got the following error today when attempting to launch NT8 (see attached).

Hello,

Thank you for using NinjaTrader.

Has NinjaTrader worked for you at all in the past or is this the first time you have tried to launch NinjaTrader 8?

If it just started happening have you had any recent changes occur with your PC such as WIndows updates? Sometimes Windows updates can activate Firewalls and or Antivirus programs that may be blocking NinjaTrader.

Hi Dennis,

I've had Ninjatrader for years but haven't launched it in a couple of months.

I tried reinstalling NT8, but that didn't help.

Thank you for your reply.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.

Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to [email protected] with a subject line of ATTN Dennis Support Request 1787561

Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
