    Strategy Analyzer insert columns

    Good morning,
I would like to know if I can enter new columns of Total Net Profit (LONG) and Total Net Profit (SHORT) in the General Strategy Analyzer (attached image). This would allow me to do a deeper analysis when I export data to Excel.
    Thank you.
    Roberto

    Hello Italy,

I'm not aware of a documented or undocumented way to add columns to the backtest results or to the trade performance window.

Would you like to submit a feature request for the NinjaTrader Development to consider creating functionality that would allow for this in a future version of NinjaTrader?

      YES.
How do I do this to require these developments?

              Another request.
Ninja8's WorkSpace is better than Ninja7. But there is a small problem. I happen to close the Ninja workSpace 8, I click on (X). This way I do not close it but I delete it. It could put protection.
              Thank you
              Roberto

                Hello Roberto,

Are you taking about a chart or are you talking about a workspace?

Workspaces do not have a X to click on.

If you want to close a workspace, on the Control Center click Workspaces -> hover the mouse over the workspace name -> click the close button.
If you wan to delete a workspace, on the Control Center click Workspaces -> hover the mouse over the workspace name -> click the remove button.

                  Good morning,
                  I'm talking about a workspace.
In the image there is a workspace I created. If, for distraction, I click on the "X" in the upper right, remove the Workspace. I've already done it twice, I had to do it again. I asked if it was possible to put a filter. For example, if I click on "X" ask if I want to delete the Workspace.
                  Thank you.

                    Hello Roberto,

To close a workspace go the NinjaTrader Control Center -> click the Workspaces menu -> hover the mouse over the workspace -> click close.

Workspaces must be closed from the Workspaces menu.
Workspaces do not have an X in the Workspaces menu.

NinjaTrader will ask you if you want to save when closing a workspace. You can click Cancel on this and it will keep the workspace open.

Below is a publicly available link to a video on Workspaces.

As well as a publicly available link to the help guide.

Please let me know if you are actually referring to charts. Your screenshot is a screenshot of a chart. Charts have an X in the upper right corner that will close the chart. It is possible to set NinjaTrader to pop open a confirmation window when closing a chart.
