Loss of connection charts stop moving.

Loss of connection charts stop moving.
Over the past week, I have lost connection with continuum. I still have the green light lit up but the charts do not move. If I disconnect I am unable to reconnect to the Continuum unless I shut down NinjaTrader and the restart the platform then everything works for a day or so. I am using NT8 version 08.15.1. This just started a week ago or so. This is not good since I am trading wioth a live account.Tags: None

Thank you for your note.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
