    Graphic stopped NT8

    All instruments aren't updated, graphic don't move since one day, i have tried several fix:

    Tools - Database Management - Update instrument, check general properties, futures expiries, simbol mapping, press Update, also Update list instrument, restart NT8, but not working yet

    I unistalled NT8, I deleted fisical folder Ninjatrader 8 (my documents), reinstall NT8 again, but graphic not working, the same problem

    I use a demo account, but account is not expired, account was created 4 days ago.

    Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry.


    To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

        Thank you for your patience.

        We have not received your log and trace files. Please send an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with the log and trace files manually attached. Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to your email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
        Please list 'ATTN: Patrick H' in the subject line and reference this thread in the body of the email.
