Bullguard may be falsely indentifying NinjaTrader as malicious. Please reach out to Bullguard support for further assistance. The important file and folder locations are:
    • Documents > "NinjaTrader 8" folder
    • C > Program Files (x86) > "NinjaTrader 8" folder
    • C > Program Files (x86) > NinjaTrader 8 > bin64 > "NinjaTrader.exe" file
    • C > Program Files (x86) > NinjaTrader 8 > bin > "NinjaTrader.exe" file

If i disable Bullguard the problem is gone, but when I reactivate it, it's there again even though Ninjatrader is allowed in the firewall settings?

What firewall/anti virus software is enabled on your PC? If you temporarily disable these softwares, does the issue persist?

I am using version 8.0.15.1 64-bit of Ninjatrader. Yes I can access the control center and trade, and 'AT Interface' is already disabled.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.X)

Are you able to access the Control Center? Or does this message prevent NinjaTrader from opening at all?

If you can access the Control Center, please click on Tools > Options > Automated Trading Interface > Is 'AT Interface' enabled? If so, disable it, click OK, then restart NinjaTrader. Does the issue persist?

Unable to start ATI server component

    Hi

When I launch Ninjatrader 8, it comes up with this error every time: Unable to start ATI server component. Please close any application (like e.g. eSignal data manager) and retry. I don't even have the mentioned application on my computer, so how do I fix this problem?

Thank you in advance for your help.
