Market depth skewed on bid side after quick selloff

During the sharp selloff today, the Super DOM market depth became locked in the state where the Depth on the offer side was correct but the Depth on the bid was only 1 (see screenshot). I thought there really was no bid for awhile but then realized its a bug because when I increase the depth using the properties dialog from 5 to 8 then the offer depth properly goes to 8 and the bid offer increase by 3 to 4. So its like it got locked in an offset. Disconnecting and reconnecting cleared the issue.

Probably during that quick selloff the bid depth really did go to 1 or 0 for a few moments and that likely caused the issue.

Hello crokusek, thank you for writing in.

Have you ever experienced this before?

So that I may know more about this case, please answer the following questions.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.36 or 8.0.10.0)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on the lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors in the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

I look forward to being of further assistance.

Don't see anything in the trace file either.

        Thanks for that.

I would like to delve into this odd occurrence further. Could you please send me your diagnostic files?

You may do by navigating to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

In the body, please reference my name, "ATTN Riley" and provide this forum link: "https://ninjatrader.com/support/forum/newreply.php?do=postreply&t=106227"

I look forward to being of further assistance.
