    Can't connect to CQG - Failed to process 'EventuallyConnected'

    I can't connect to CQG with the following error:
    11/2/2018 10:58:10 AM Default Failed to process 'EventuallyConnected': 'One or more errors occurred.'
    There is no more detail in the logs, which I've attached.

    We're seeing reports of users in South America and Brasil specifically experiencing this issue this morning. CQG users from other parts of the globe are not reporting any issues, and we cannot reproduce the issues on our end.

    Where are you located?

    Who is your internet service provider?

    I recommend the following steps (test for the issue after each step):
    • Restart NinjaTrader
    • Restart your modem and (if applicable) router
    • Restart your PC
    • Clear your DNS
    • If you are not already and the option is available to you, connect to the internet using an ethernet cable. Wireless connections are significantly more unreliable.
    • Ensure exceptions have been added into any firewall/antivirus/backup programs for the Documents > "NinjaTrader 8" folder.
    • If the above steps do not help, contact your ISP and let them know you are experiencing a highly unstable connection. An issue of connectivity may exist on their end.

      I'm in São Paulo, Brasil. I connect from here everyday without any problems. I hope this resolves soon. I'm only having problems with Ninjatrader/CQG. All of my other platforms with other brokers are working fine.

        I have another user who reported changing his time zone allowed them to connect. Is your current time zone UTC-3 Brasilia? If you, please shut down NinjaTrader then change your time zone to UTC-6 Chicago/Central US, restart NinjaTrader and test.
