Real-time quotes and trading disabled?

This is due to a change with the demos — as of 8.17.18, demos are not enabled with EUREX, ASX, or ICE real-time data.
Our apologies for any inconvenience. Unfortunately there is not another demo available that would offer Eurex data, a subscription via a data provider will be needed. The below link will show all the NinjaTrader-supported data feeds and the market they support.

The only instrument I am interested in and is giving me the error is FDAX 12-18. Is this disabled by the broker?

Glad to assist. There have been some changes regarding data enabled via the CQG demos. What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 12-18, CL, FDAX, etc.

Hi,

I have signed up for a new demo account with Ninjatrader and was provided with CQG account data. However, when I connect to this account I am getting "failed to resolve instrument for market data" error in the log and charts are not updating. This wasn't happening a couple of months ago. How do I resolve this?
