    Maximum on Chart

What I have noticed is that when I add Maximum on a chart a few days old and already running it does not print correctly. Like you will see in the attached chart it is purple in color and plots at 2 levels instead of just one as it is supposed to. Do I need to refresh charts daily or create new ones daily? I ask because I cannot run a strategy on a chart that is a few days old and create errors. This chart has been running for like 2 weeks now or more without me touching it. Just tried to add Maximum to it through the Data Series Box.
    Thank you.

    Hello Trader17,

    Thank you for your post.

Glad to assist. Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 12-18, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.

Can you please also test if the same is seen in a new chart opened via Control Center > New?

We look forward to assisting further.

I use Ninja Trader Brokerage with a Continuum feed. I think that was a Gold chart. I have not seen this happen on a brand new chart. It happens on charts that have been open for a few days.
      Thanks.
