    Trail Stops on strategy builder

I want to add Trail Stop orders to my Strategy while using the Strategy Builder.

I want to have inputs parameters to optimise later on.

But when I try to build the input parameter as a Int Value I'm not allowed to use decimal numbers. It is my understanding that the Percentage field on the Trailing Stop order would consider 1=100%.

Unless I have to use Double vale and there I can use decimals

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Hello percma,

An Int is short for Integer which is any whole number. Integers cannot have decimals.

A double is a number with a decimal.

Below are publicly available links to a 3rd party educational site that discusses int and double.
Evaluate the int and uint types. Use the 4-byte integer type in a program.

Use the double type to store large numbers with fractional values. Double is an 8-byte number.
