STP Order Not Filled

Placed a STP order to sell. Woke up this morning to see price moved past the order but it never placed the order. I'm getting a record not found error. Please refer to attached pic. The screens go to sleep but the computer never does. I have a SSD if that makes any difference.

This is really freaking me out as I was also using MotiveWave. I gave up on MotiveWave for the same reason (plus a few other glitches).

I have a feeling that this all started after the fall update of Windows 10 but can't be sure. This is really bad.

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the locations below.

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->log

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->trace

Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, STP Order Not Filled' in the subject header.

What exactly is referred with "screens go to sleep"? Is this referring to sleep mode of Windows?

It is part of the power options in Windows. I run two monitors and after X minutes of no use they sleep. I make sure the computer is always awake though. I'll send the info now.
