User Profile Edit

Is it possible to edit the User Profile to replace the current avatar with a custom avatar?

Thank you for your inquiry.

You may change your Avatar by left-clicking on your name at the top right corner of the forum page and selecting my profile.
Left click on the avatar and select edit.

Thanks. Nothing happens by Left-clicking on the current avatar(picture). Also, left-clicking on "Edit Settings" does not include option for editing the picture avatar.

After further investigation, Users are not allowed to change there Avatars. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

OK. However, there seems to be some inconsistency here as some members already have the option to include their picture avatars. See attached screenshot.

Let me clarify, at this time custom Avatars are only enabled for Vendors and NinjaTrader Employees.

NinjaTrader_Jermaine I am a vendor and don't see an option to change the avatar. I read the FAQ here but, when I hover the mouse over the avatar, nothing happens. There is no option to upload a picture.

I asked vendor support for help with this. Can someone help?
