Errors in log

Hello guys.

I'm using NT8 with Mbox indicators (https://mboxwave.com/)
These indicators draw some shapes on charts.
Several times per day i get this error in log

NinjaScript

Failed to call OnRender() for chart object 'Rectangle': 'Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.'

after that NT works very slow and shows not sync charts and data.
NT run normally ok only after restart/

Developer of Mbox indicator told me submit problem here, because he hasn't seen\heard about this error.

P.S. I have already reinstalled my PC, tried several version NT (now i use 8.0.16.3), reinstalled indicators. Problem still exists.

This error, in general, indicates that there was a rendering error while the custom add-on was drawing those objects on your charts.

We likely will not be able to accurately diagnose this issue without your log and trace files. You should not provide these files publicly as they may contain sensitive information. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

After working with NinjaTrader, this was identified as a platform issue and will be fixed.
