ATM order entry fails, SL cannot be (re)moved and TP disappears

    Hi Ninjatrader,

When submitting an ATM order [simple 15 ticks stop and 10 ticks profit] I get into the market and then I get this screen [see attachment].

My TP falls away and my SL is orange and cannot be moved anywhere. So I have to close my trade with the close button. The yellow SL does nog go away then after I reboot Ninjatrader.

I already removed Ninjatrader from my PC and reinstalled it, using the latest version.

Please help because it is affecting my trading.

    Thank you in advance.

    Kind regards

    Beske

ps: the problem is only manifesting itself with live trading, not in demo

    Hello Beske,

    Thank you for your note.

I have found that this specific error message you received is due to a current limitation with Phillip Capital and OCO orders with regards to MiFID.

Until Phillip Capital has finished this process on the backend, users will need to enable 'Local OCO simulation' within their connection properties to successfully submit OCO groups. You can get to the Connection properties via Connections > Configure > select your Account. You must remain connected for the entire life of your orders for OCO to work correctly (they are not stored server-side)

Please let us know if further questions come up.

      Thanks!

Do you know when these problems with Philip Capital will be solved?

      Kind regards

        Hello Beske,

        Thank you for the reply.

Unfortunately, I do not have any further information but I would suggest reaching out to your orders desk for further inquiries regarding this item.
