Yes, this is very needed. As stated before, most trading strategies depend on bar close. It would be way more useful and efficient to replay one bar at a time. Is there any update to the possibility of this being implemented? Please add my vote.

Implementation of new features depends on client feedback, feasibility and Development team workload. We have to keep in mind that the Development team may be working on larger projects where we may have a pending feature request for some time without the feature being implemented. (We can never offer a promise of fulfilment or ETA for these reasons.) The interest here is seen, and it does help to further drive the importance of the feature to the customer base.

Hi,
From my point of view, we can change the speed of play back, it is a nice future. However, the scrolling bar for playback is very difficult to manage even if the reply period is only one day in a 1-min chart.
My suggestion is to add the possibility of selecting also the start and finish hour in addition to the date, so we will be able to manage playback scrolling in a better way.
Is there any workaround with ADDON?

Hello njafarynia,

A separate feature request for being able to set a Start/End Time in the Playback Controller is being tracked with the internal ticket ID SFT-3685. I have added your vote.

At this time, there is no supported NinjaScript access for the Playback Controller, so we could not suggest a workaround through an AddOn.

I must say, theres no need to be rude everyone, but Ninja can you please create a new Bar By Bar playback system? im sure if we had the base code for the Playback Add on we could accomplish this as a community, but i must add that NINJA 7 is not the different from NINJA 8 and NINJA 7 had it
I do agree that if NINJA 7 had it and with the fluency of add ons Im sure the DEV team could knock this out in a week.
Please keep me posted.
While on the subject, maybe pass it forward to have it go BAR BY BAR for ANY chart type, that would be killer. or even a
GENERAL STEP FUNCTION for a certain amount of TICKS / BARS / VOLUMES / ____
