chart zoom in/out not working

    chart zoom in/out not working

    I just found out the Chart Zoom in and Zoom out icons stopped working. The Zoom out icon is grayed out, and Zoon in icon seems normal, but both of them are not working. The only way to zoom in/out is to drag mouse along time axis with left button down. I could not recall when it starts to happen. I recently updated NT 8 to 8.0.11.0 64-bit (Multi-Broker). Before that, I used to view charts using NT 7 and seldom used NT 8 installed on the same machine. .

    Thank you for your post.

    I noticed that you are one version behind on NinjaTrader 8. Please use the steps below to upgrade and let me know if you continue to experience the same.

    First get your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
    Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
    Enter your license key and press Submit
    Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
    Select 'Download'
    Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

    Once the update is complete please test the zoom function. The zoom out will remain greyed out until you actually zoom in. That behavior is expected. When you click on the zoom button it should give you a square that you can place on the portion of the chart you want to zoom in on. Once you have zoomed in then you will notice that the zoom out feature will no longer be greyed out.

      I upgraded NT8 to the latest build. But it seems Zoon In and Zoom Out icons are still not working.

        Please follow the steps below to send me your log and trace files.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
