    Missing Day

    It appears that the day of 05/12/2018 is disappeared from my ES 12-18 charts, I downloaded the data for that day, also done a replay, but the day doesn't show on any of my charts. I have a free live license and latest version of NT8 on windows 10.

    Following the passing of President George H.W. Bush, CME Group will be observing the National Day of Mourning Wednesday December 5th. The following schedule will apply to all CME Equity Index and Interest Rate products starting Tuesday, December 4th:
    • Tuesday, 4:00 pm CST – Normal close
    • Tuesday, 5:00 PM CST – Markets open except for CME Interest Rate products which will remain closed for the entire Wednesday session.
    • Wednesday, 8:30 am CST – CME Equity Index products close for the day.
    • Wednesday, 5:00 pm CST – Normal open for all products including CME Equity Index and Interest Rate products.
    The specific (popular) instruments effected are:
    • ES, NQ, YM, RTY, EMD close at 8:30 AM CT
    • ZB, ZN, ZT, ZF, UB are closed
    Please clarify - is your data issue explained by the above expected trading halt? If not, please answer the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.X)
    • Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
    • What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 12-18, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.
    • (For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
