    Funny charts with 8.0.11.1

    Hi,

    First, Ninja Trader becomes more stable with every version. Now there are only very rare chrashes. Thank you for this great work.

    But now, in the new version i got somtimes charts like a puzzle:
    ( see the Attachment )

    This puzzle chart goes away after changing the size of this chart window.

    Any ideas about the reason ?

    Thank you for your post.

    Glad to assist. Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

    Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

    Because the issue may be graphic related, I suggest also verifying your PC against the system requirements below.

      no , everything works fine and after changing the chart size or just expanding the chart to fullscreen and back , the chart is back without puzzle.
      this hapen's about 1 or 2 time a day with only 1 or 2 charts (not with all 20 open charts...)

      Who are you connected to?
      My Ninja Trader ( Dorrmann and FXCM )


      Because the issue may be graphic related, I suggest also verifying your PC against the system requirements below.

      the PC is very fast ( I7 7700k with 32 GB RAM, Win 10, 6 Screens)
      Grafik: Intel One Board Grafik + 1 NVIDIA Quadro NVS 450) ,
      the problem hapens only since the update to NT 8.0.11.1

        Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.


        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

        * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
        * Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
