    Unable to save Workspaces

    Good Afternoon:
    I'm unable to save a workspace in N8. I'll have everything set up on the charts with the indicators that I want. However, when I go back to launch the workspace it's unable to pull up. I'm on 64 bit windows 10. Can someone please help or point me towards a workaround.

    Thanks for your reply.

    In order to better assist you, could you please write in to [email protected] with your issue.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

    Good Morning,
    When I attempt to launch the saved workspace nothing pop's up, nothing in the background and no extra hidden windows. It's frustrating as I have the charts set up how I want but when I save workspace and close out to re-launch or even restart my computer nothing happens. I'm available today if someone would like to take a look.

    Thank you for your note.

    When you attempt to launch the saved workspace, do you receive any errors? If so, what do they say?

    If not, are you simply seeing a blank workspace with no additional windows?
