    updated the rollover futures contracts now connected to continium yet no data feed charts or dom not moving at all

    Thank you for your post.

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X or 8.0.X.X)

    What instrument(s) and expiry are you trying to load a chart for?

    Who is your data provider?

          Hello outsource,

          Thank you for your posts.

          The issue you describe is unrelated to VaTeam's issue with futures data as these would be completely different data providers (FXCM vs Continuum).

          FXCM not currently pulling historical data from the NinjaTrader Historical Data Servers is a known issue and we are working to resolve this.

          We are investigating the cause and working to restore service. Until service is restored, NinjaTrader 7 can use FXCM's native historical data service. Please follow the steps below to connect to FXCM's historical data service:
          • Disconnect your FXCM connection if currently connected.
          • In the NinjaTrader Control Center please select Tools > Account Connections
          • Select your FXCM connection and press Change.
          • Select Next > and then change the Historical Data option from Use NinjaTrader servers to Use NinjaTrader FXCM servers.
          • Continue selecting Next > to finalize the settings.
          • Reconnect to your FXCM connection, you will now be using FXCM native historical data servers.

          Please let us know if we may be of further assistance to you.
