    Thank you for your reply.

This would be unexpected to occur without changing the scale. I suggest creating a new chart window via Control Center > New and applying the template to recreate the chart setup.

I have provided a link below to our Help Guide that goes over Chart Templates.
Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

a bunch like swing, rmma, custom version of the ninjatrader pivots indicator, etc.. but it is the same indicators as on all my other charts and only this one gives problems - plus i've used this chart template for a long and this is the first time I've encountered this problem

What indicators are you running on the chart?

I only have a problem with one chart, but every time I press the F it only fixes itself temporarily.. then when I come back to the chart later, the F is back. Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

Glad to assist. The F button returns the chart to a Fixed scale when the scaling has been manually altered. This can happen when navigating the chart, for example using the up/down arrows to change the price data, or via Ctrl + left clicking and dragging in the price data.

See the below section of our help guide for more information.

my chart stopped showing everything "in view".. I pressed this F that appear in the top right and everything was fixed, I could see my entire chart's right side vertical height again.

This happened before so I'd just like to know what this feature is called, what could have triggered it (I pressed the wrong key maybe?)
